U1st Leading Ladies is a group dedicated to helping the women agents in United First Financial grow their U1st business.  It is another avenue for training and support for any agent within UFirst.

We hold Weekly Webinars every Monday at 12pm EDT/9am PDT.  We cover an array of topics from phone etiquette, to networking, to training specific to our UFirst business. To register for these Webinars, click here. 

We have also established a community website.  This site is used as a place for all the members to communicate with each other and to find information.  We post recordings of all the weekly calls as well as the power points from those presentations.  We are all about sharing of information.  To become a member of the U1st Leading Ladies website, please email me.

U1st Leading Ladies was conceived in April of 2008.  Lorrie Stroud had felt the need for a Women's Weekly Webinar to help and support the women agents of United First Financial.  Myself and other women leaders of United First Financial whole heartedly agreed and jumped on board with Lorrie.  I asked Lorrie if I could help her with these calls.  She graciously agreed.  I am so thankful to Lorrie for her initiative to start these calls.  I then sought to develop the U1st Leading Ladies website.  Our membership grows by leaps and bounds everyday.  We just want to be another source of training, support and encouragement to all the agents who are part of UFirst Crusade against debt.
